A foundation upgrade for teachers, practitioners, and curious movers

Enroll

The Stability Weekend is a deep, intelligent dive into how and why our Stability practice works.

Designed especially for teachers who already hold a 200-hour certification, while remaining fully accessible to non-teachers who want to understand their bodies more deeply.

At the core of this training is our set stability sequence, grounded in the universal principles of Mountain Pose. You’ll study how alignment, load, and muscular engagement create stability across postures, and how this sequence trains the body to move with efficiency, strength, and longevity.

For teachers, this weekend sharpens your eye, your cueing, and your confidence in class composition.

For non-teachers, it offers clarity, safety, and a powerful framework for moving better in every class you take.

What You’ll Learn

• The principles behind the Stability Sequence and why it’s structured the way it is
• How Mountain Pose informs alignment across standing, balancing, and transitional postures
• Biomechanics and strength-building strategies that support joint integrity
• The role of fascia and connective tissue in stability, load, and resilience
• How intelligent sequencing reduces injury and increases longevity
• Practical tools you can immediately apply on the mat — and in teaching, if that’s your path
