Katherine specializes in a truly holistic approach to healing, personal growth, and wellness that integrates mind, body & spirit. 
 
Katherine has over 20 years of experience in holistic psychotherapy and wellness,  incorporating a multitude of therapies and interventions (see Specialized Training) including EMDR, Reiki, Yoga, PLR, & WFPBN. Katherine has extensive experience & expertise in trauma and grief work.

Inspired by this passion and potential of the human spirit, Katherine has been facilitating holistic retreats, workshops, and classes integrating a wide array of self-care practices since 2011.  She founded Healing Spaces, a branch of The Healing Arts Center of Richmond, dedicated to creating and leading holistic retreats and travel adventures, locally and throughout the world.

Shanda has been a massage therapist since 2017 and brings a grounding, intuitive, and deeply knowledgeable approach to every session. She specializes in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Deep Relaxation, Prenatal, Oncology Massage, Reflexology, and Sports Massage.

Shanda believes that every client deserves the full spectrum of care, so she never charges extra for essential oils, hot stones, or the tools she uses to elevate the experience. Her sessions often include hot stones for circulation + detox, peppermint oil for muscle release and headaches, lavender for relaxation, eucalyptus for sinus relief, and bright citrus oils to uplift mood + creativity.

Her passion is simple: helping people feel younger, healthier, and more vibrant.
