Día de los Muertos: Yin Blessings
Some people leave us with more than memories. They leave us a way of laughing, a recipe, a little courage, a different way of seeing the world.
Inspired by the Mexican tradition of Día de los Muertos, we’ll gather for a gentle yin practice honoring loved ones who have died and the gifts that continue to move through our lives.
Through supported, longer-held postures, quiet breathing, and reflection, we’ll make room for grief, gratitude, and everything in between. We’ll explore how remembering can become a living practice: carrying someone’s kindness into our relationships, their courage into our choices, or their joy into an ordinary day.
Come as you are, whether a loss feels recent or far away. There is no expectation to share your story or feel a particular way. Just space to rest, remember, and notice what love has left with us.
All levels welcome. No previous yin experience needed.
